Soul Care Ministry
Biblical Soul Care
Our goal in providing biblical soul care is to help you meet the challenges of life in a way that will please and honor the Lord Jesus Christ and allow you to enjoy His love and His plans for your life. Some of the challenges people face may be pre-marital or marital concerns, divorce, cancer, grief, persistent struggles, depression, anxiety, and other life challenges.
We believe that the Bible provides guidance and instruction for faith and life (2 Peter 1:3 & Romans 15:4). Therefore, our soul care is based on scriptural principles rather than those of secular psychology or psychiatry.
If you are interested in meeting, please complete the intake form using our online system at the link below. You will need to Create a New Account in the Secure Sign In box on the right of the page. Once you have created a new account, you will be given a username and password; you will be able to change your password at that time but not your username so keep this information in a safe place. Then you need to complete the intake form. This can be found as a link in red letters near the top of the right-hand side of the homepage. There is also a helpful video to acclimate you to the online system.
We will follow up with you to set up a time to meet. If you have not been contacted after 24-48 hours of completing the form, please contact the church office at 319.354.5580 or .

Pastor John Piper says, " Prayer is the open admission that without Christ we can do nothing. And prayer is the turning away from ourselves to God in the confidence that He will provide what we need." Join us as we pray for a fresh movement of the Spirit of God working in our lives, relationships, and worldwide ministries. For more information on this ministry or learning about times of prayer retreats, contact Cindy.
